2 years baby!!!

Matt and I are celebrating our 2 year anniversary tomorrow. I cannot believe it has been 2 years. I know everyone says it but it has gone by so fast. We have done a lot in 2 years and I am so thankful for a funny, loving, sweet hearted husband. I cannot wait for this next year.
We don't have any big plans. Were going out to eat tomorrow night and then celebrating more this weekend.
Here are some pictures from the big day!

Give Thanks

This will be a first, we are hosting Thanksgiving at our house this year. I am so excited to have my family come in and be with us for a few days. Unfortunately my Dad and sister will be in Colorado over Thanksgiving because Hannah has a college basketball tournament. It just wont be the same without them. So at the house we will have my mom, my brother and my Grandma. I cannot wait.
I have decided to cook my turkey in a roaster. I wanted to have the oven available for all the casseroles and other things so I decided on the roaster. I have never cooked meat like this in a roaster so I hope it turns out good.

On Friday we are going to be a little crazy and go shopping. We do not have a big Christmas tree yet so I am hoping to find one on sale. Then on Saturday matt is going to put up our Christmas lights and then we are all going to the new Cowboy stadium to see Tech play against Baylor. I am so excited to be at the game with all our friends and family.

It is going to be a great weekend. I hope you all have a Happy Thanksgiving and I will try and post pictures of how the turkey turns out.
I would also love for my dining room table to look like either of these...

A Green Christmas

This year will be our first Christmas in the new house. I am so excited to decorate. Last year I found some Pottery Barn stockings that have inspired me for my color scheme.

I ordered 2 Green stockings.

I love this wreath from Pottery Barn.

I bought a wreath and ornaments from hobby lobby and am going to try and recreate it.

I will post some pictures of my progress soon.

It's going to be a Green Christmas!
